Set your ingredients ready, pour hot water on the ground and soak for a few minutes to easily remove the skin, wash and soak the rice, scrap the coconut and set aside.

Seive out the groundnut and gently pound in a mortar to remove the skin, wash and separate the skin from the groundnut, add these 3 ingredients together and blend till smooth, add water and seive.

Now pour the contents in a pot and set on medium heat, use a wooden spoon to keep stirring till it thickens, at this stage, add sugar and milk and stir thoroughly, then remove from heat immediately, serve hot, its very delicious and filling.
I made this with almond butter (really good) and quinoa instead of rice (also delicious) coconut instead of olive oil.
I would like this better with crushed tomatoes.
I added a diced sweet potato.
