For making onion chutney,heat 2 tbsp oil and roast cumin seeds and dried chilli.Next add onion and garlic cloves,salt and saute til onion becomes soft and turn of the flame and let it cool down,and when it is ready to grind add tamarind an grind..

Now grind into fine paste.In dosa batter I put little pinch of baking soda to make dosa crispy spread dosa on pan and put ghee on the top..

Next spread the onion chutney all over dosa keep flame slow then add grated cheez and chopped coriander leaves and let cheese gets melt..

Serve this tangy and tasty onion chutney dosa with coconut chutney or peanut chutney..
Dosa is cooked till golden and crispy.
