Recipe: At Home Stir fry chicken puri roll ๐ŸŒฏ๐ŸŒฏ๐ŸŒฏ Delicious, fresh and tasty.

Stir fry chicken puri roll ๐ŸŒฏ๐ŸŒฏ๐ŸŒฏ. My version of a chicken stir fry that can be served immediately, or rolled into phyllo leaves for spring rolls which can be frozen and baked at a later date. Great for entertaining, a healthy snack, or a lighter meal served with a salad and a variety of dipping sauces. Feel free to switch the chicken for beef, pork or shrimp.

Add a bit of salt and/or sugar to the bean sprouts if desired.

This chicken stir-fry is a little spicy and a little sweet.

Fresh ginger and garlic add a little kick, which is balanced with brown sugar.

  16. It’s 1/2 cup of cabbage, chopped.

  17. It’s 1 of carrots, grated.

  19. It’s 1 of chopped green chillies.

Though the recipe calls for bell peppers, water chestnuts, and broccoli, try it with any vegetable you like!

The great thing about Chicken Stir Fry, is that it's pretty all inclusive โ€” you've got protein, vegetables, and a sauce all in one dish.

I recommend serving Chicken Stir Fry over rice (brown or white) or quinoa (how to cook quinoa here).

  1. Sift dry ingredients - flour, salt, baking powder - together. Now add ghee/oil, jeera & kalongi. Mix with hand ๐Ÿ–๐Ÿป. Now add enough milk to make a soft dough. Cover & keep aside for 10 min. Take a dough and roll out puri & fry it..

  2. Marinate chicken with above ingredients - ginger, garlic, chilli sauce, soya sauce, Shan Noodle masala. Keep in the fridge for 1/2 hour. Take oil in a pan and add Marinated chicken. Cook on medium flame until cooked. Now add chopped cabbage, carrots, spring onion, chopped green chillies and coriander. Cook on high flame for 5-7 min..

  3. Mix all ingredients - mayonnaise, chilli sauce, garlic powder - together for chilli mayo sauce. Keep aside..

Make stir-fry sauce: In a small mixing bowl whisk together soy sauce with cornstarch, then whisk in chicken broth, oyster sauce, sesame oil and honey.

Dab chicken dry with paper towels, season with a pinch of salt.
