  1. Mix gram flour & wheat flour in 1:3 proportion,now add cumin,salt,red chilli powder in it & mix all ingredients..

  2. Knead it with help of water & make a perfect dough & keep aside for 10 minutes.Take some spinach leaves & chopped them finely & add salt,finely chopped green chilli & chat masala to it..

  3. After that take a ball of dough,roll it & fill stuffing of spinach in it & roll it again.

  4. Take a pan & heat it.& shallow fry it on both sides on medium flame till it becomes brown..

  5. It is ready..

  6. For Mint Chutney.

  7. Take mint leaves,coriander leaves,roughly chopped onions,green chilli in mixer jar.Now add salt as per taste,lemon juice,& cooking oil & make a smooth paste.It is ready..

Remove the mint chutney in a bowl or a small jar.
