In a pan add 2tsp oil fry all veg except potatoes and beet for few minutes, till 60 % they are cooked than add ginger chilli paste, garam masala pepper powder..stir fry for a minute keep aside.

Take mashed potatoes, stir fried veg mix softly add salt amchur powder bread crumbs.. mix and keep aside…

In heart shaped mould add little filling than add grated beetroot (squeeze beetroot and remove water from it and than use)again add filling cover properly.

Roll and cover each heart with bread crumbs…

Grill them.. add 2 tsp oil or as required… Let them grill for few minutes (I grilled them on sandwich grill machine like we do for grill sandwich).

Serve hot.. with green chtuney..and ketchup.
