Gulab Jamun Cake step by step

Add jamun mix (here I used MTR gulab jamun mix) and sugar in a mixer jar thoroughly and keep aside…

Now sift wheat flour, baking powder and baking soda 2-3 times in a bowl…

Now add the gulab jamun mix and sugar mixture to sifted flour and mix well…

Now add oil to it and mix….

Add milk and fold gently, there should be no lumps…

Pour the batter in a greased tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180°c for 30 mins…
