  1. Heat milk in a wide bottomed pan and bring to a boil. Add crushed cardamom to it.Allow the milk simmer on medium flame till it reaches half its original quantity. Keep stirring in between..

  2. Add sugar and stir till it dissolves completely.In the mean time add 3 tbsp milk to rice powder and keep it aside..

  3. Once sugar melt down add rice flour paste and stir contiously,do no lumps formed and keep in simmer for 5 mins so the mixture thickens..

  4. Now add grated mawa, and crushed dry fruit to it and mix evenly,keep in simmer for 2 minutes and off the gas stove..

  5. Add rise essence and crushed saffron to it and let the kulfi mixture cools,then pour it to kulfi moulds and keep the them in freezer till its set..

  6. Once the kulfi is set, unmould the kulfi by rubbing them between your palms and Serve it immediately..
