  1. At first boil bottle gourd peel,heat a pan add oil and tamper the kalonji seeds then add red chillis, coconut paste and fry the small vadies.

  2. Now add the peel and cook well adding salt and sugar..

  3. Finally garnish it with coconut and servitude hot with rice.
