  1. Prepare of bottle gourd peels.

  2. You need of panch phoran(five spice).

  3. You need of poppy seeds.

  4. It’s of rice flour.

  5. It’s of gram flour/ besan.

  6. Prepare of green chillies finely chopped.

  7. You need of chopped coriander.

  8. It’s of Salt.

  9. You need of as required Oil for frying.

  1. Wash and cut the bottle gourd peels into thin julienne..
