Ingredients of Masala Maggi

It’s 2 packs of maggi noodles.

Prepare 2 sachets of maggi tastemaker.

It’s 2 cups of water.

It’s 1 tsp of finely chopped garlic.

Prepare 1 of green chilli finely chopped.

Prepare 2 tbsp of finely chopped capsicum.

Prepare 2 tbsp of finely chopped red bell pepper.

You need 1 of small tomato finely chopped.

You need 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.

Prepare 2 tsp of butter.

Prepare 1 tbsp of finely chopped coriander leaves.

Masala Maggi step by step

Heat butter in a pan on low medium heat..

Add garlic, onion and green chilli, saute till onion gets translucent..

Add yellow, green, red bell pepper, and green peas, saute for a minute..

Now add chopped tomato, cook till they turn soft and mushy..

Add all spices,tomato ketchup and maggi taste maker, mix it well and saute for a minute..

Add water and bring it to a boil. Then add maggi breaking into 2 halves..

Add salt, mix well. Cover the pan with a lid and cook it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame, stir occassionally..

Lastly add chopped coriander leaves and serve hot..

Note:- You can add veggies of your choice. Adjust spices according to your taste..
