You need 2 of finely chopped onion.

Prepare 1 of finely chopped tomato.

It’s 2 of green chillies finely chopped.

Prepare 2 tbsp of molgapodi/dosa podi powder (a dry chutney powder).

You need 1-2 tsp of Ghee.

You need 2 tbsp of Oil.

In a big bowl put the Dosa batter and salt,mix well and bring to required consistency.The batter should be not very thick nor it should be very watery..

Then add green chilli,little chopped tomatoes, onion and coriander leaves & mix again..

Then heat a non stick tawa.

When nice and hot pour a laddle full of the Uttapam batter and spread the batter to form a thick circle shaped Uttapam..

Sprinkle on the Uttapam a few pieces of the chopped tomatoes,onion and coriander leaves..

Then sprinkle some dry malgapodi powder on the Uttapam and drizzle oil and little ghee on the Uttapam and cook it covered with a lid..

Then flip the Uttapam.Drizzle a few drops of oil on this side also.When done,remove it from the tawa and turn off the gas..
