It’s 300 gms of Dosa batter.

It’s 200 grams of Moringa leaves.

Prepare 1 handful of Curry leaves.

It’s 5 tsp of Sesame seeds.

You need 1/2 tsp of Hing powder.

You need as required of Crystal salt.

It’s 5 of Red chillies.

You need 1 of Finely chopped onion.

You need 1 of Finely chopped tomato.

Prepare 1/2 fistful of Coriander leaves.
Clean Moringa leaves and remove the stalks completely.
Make sure there are no stems/stalks.
Wash and pat dry Moringa leaves/Murungai Keerai making sure there is no moisture.
Remove from microwave oven and slightly stir the leaves.

Sun dry Moringa branches for 2 hrs. Then dry the Moringa leaves in the shade for 12 hrs..

After 12 hrs dry roast Moringa leaves for 5 minutes and transfer it into a plate..

Next dry roast curry leaves,sesame seeds, red chillies, hing powder and crystal salt for 5 minutes and transfer it into the plate. Cool it for 30 minutes and grind it in the mixie jar..
