There are many ways of making this dish but the recipe I am sharing with you is the one of my favorite way of making Aloo Gobi.

The reason this recipe is called Aloo Gobi fry is because in this recipe we are not going to use any onions or tomatoes.

You can have Gobi fry using 12 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you cook that.

Ingredients of Gobi fry

  1. It’s 3 of very small cauliflower bunches.

  2. It’s 1 of small chopped onion.

  3. It’s 1 of green chilli.

  4. Prepare 1 inches of ginger.

  5. You need of Few cloves garlic.

  6. Prepare 1 tablespoon of salt.

  7. You need Half of tablespoon red chilli powder and turmeric.

  8. It’s 1 tablespoon of garam masala.

  9. You need Pinch of black pepper powder.

  10. Prepare 1 teaspoon of Kasoori methi.

  11. Prepare of Curry leaves few.

  12. Prepare 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds.

Super crispy gobi or cauliflower fry which is perfect for evening tea or snack.

So easy to make and taste very delicious. fried gobi is one of my all time favorite.

I make it quite often, this is my mom's favorite one too.

Gobi fry step by step

  1. Roast in sunflower oil or vegetable oil cumin seeds ginger and garlic.

  2. Make them golden and add onion then all the spices together.

  3. Roast for one minute and add washed in warm water cauliflower pieces..

  4. Always use hands to separate flowers from cauliflower.

  5. Now steam it on low flame and keep checking until it soften.

  6. When it looks softened please turn the gas off cuz it will save ur gas as well cauliflower becomes more flavorful on only steam.keep cover the utensil atleast for 15 minutes.

  7. Enjoy yummy gobi fry.
