Take a bowl and add cornflour, flour, salt and pepper along with the beaten egg in it.
Mix with salt, pepper, egg and cornflour.
Heat wok with oil and deep fry each piece of chicken.
When hot add the chopped chillies, ginger and garlic.

In the remaining oil add the crushed ginger and garlic.Then add the cubed onion and fry till transparent.Now add soya sauce, chilli sauce and hot and sweet tomato sauce.Add little chicken stock, capsicum,salt to taste, ajinomoto, food colour and bring to boil.Dip the chicken pieces in the sauce and add little cornflour paste to thicken the gravy so that it coats the chicken.Garnish with fried green chillies, a handful of chopped spring onion and coriander leaves..

Lightly fry garlic and ginger till they just change color.
Add green chilies and cilantro leaves.
Reduce heat, add chicken stock, Soya sauce, salt, sugar, pepper and ajinomoto.
