  3. Mix & knead together to make a soft dough. Let it rest for 15-20 mins..

  4. Take a medium size ball from the dough, sprinkle flour on it & roll it like a chapati..

  5. Heat a tawa. Place the paratha on it. When paratha gets bubbles over it flip & spread some ghee on it. Flip it again & apply some ghee on the other side of the paratha. Roast it until it becomes a little crispy..

  6. Your palak paratha is ready to be served. Serve it hot with pickle, curd, chutney or cucumber raita. It tastes delicious..

For a beautiful green color paratha, you can blanch the spinach in a hot boiling water for a couple of minutes and grind with the cumin seeds, green chilies to a smooth puree, add to the wheat flour and knead the dough..
