Grind the ginger & garlic together.
Grind the whole tomato to make the puree.
Now heat the oil in a kadai and fry the fish pieces to the golden.

Clean and marinate fish with salt and 1 pinch turmeric.Make a paste of 1 small onion, cashewnuts,curd,fresh cream or malai and 2-3 green chillies.Slice onions finely.Heat oil and fry onion till crispy.Set aside to cool and crush it.Fry the marinated fish lightly..

In the remaining oil,sprinkle half crushed whole garam masala.When they crackle,add the ground paste,ginger garlic paste, salt and sugar to taste.Fry and add korma masala.Crush the fried onion and add it to the paste.Add the fried fish and toss in masala.Add 1.5 cups water and boil for 5 minutes till gravy is thick.Add few drops mitha attar.Sprinkle chopped coriander and garnish with red and green chillies.Serve hot with steamed rice, pulao or jeera rice..
