Mango Delight instructions

Take fresh mango juice without adding water.

Dissolve 2 tablespoon of gelatin in 1 tablespoon of mango juice and one tablespoon of water on a very low flame.

To this add mango juice, one fourth cup cream and half of milkmaid mix very well.

Pour this mixture intoa pudding glass. Keep this in refrigerator for 2 hours.

For the milk layer. Dissolve 2 tablespoon of gelatin in milk on low flame for 10 minutes.

Add remaining cream,milkmaid and rose water.

After 2 hours the mango layer will be set, on to it add this milk mix, keep it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Mango Delight is one of the delicious desserts enjoyed during the summer.
To give a twist; I have add the coconut milk and replaced the gelatin by agar agar.
This is free from most of the allergen and it's all time favorite dish for the kids.
Combine cooled custard,mango puree and cream in a large bowl,beat well.
Add chopped pistachios and mix well.
