  3. You need 1/2 teaspoon of hing/asafoetida.

  5. You need 2 tsp of Jaggery.

  6. It’s 3-4 tablespoon of Gingelly oil.

  7. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.

  8. Prepare 1 tsp of Tamarind soaked in water.

  9. Prepare to taste of Salt.

  10. You need as needed of Mustard oil for deep frying.
