  2. You need 3 of medium sized potatoes (long thick slices).

  3. You need 7 of florets of cauliflower (medium sized).

  6. It’s 1 tsp of ginger paste.

  1. Marinate the fish with salt and half. Keep it aside for 30 min. And rub it..

  2. Heat mustard oil in a pan. Once its hot carefully place the fish pieces one by one..

  3. Fry them until golden brown on each side. Take them out and keep aside..

  4. In the same oil add Potato pieces with little salt and haldi.

  5. Fry them till it turns to light golden brown. Take them out and keep it aside..

  6. In the same pan add cauliflower pieces with little salt and haldi (if required add some more oil).

  7. Cover the pan and cook it for 3 - 4 min. On medium flame. Cook it until golden brown and take them out and keep it aside..

  8. In the same pan add Bay leaf, dry red chilli, and jeera and stir it well.

  9. Add ginger paste and after few min. Add water to avoid burning.stir it well.

  10. Add tomatoes and salt and mix it well.

  11. Add red chilli powder, haldi, and green chillies stir it well until oil separate.

  12. Add fried potatoes and cauliflower. Mix it well.

  13. Add water and cover the pan and cook the vegetables are almost done.

  14. Place the fish pieces carefully and cover and cook it for another 3 - 4 min..

  15. Add garam masala powder, cover and cook until all vegetables are completely done.

  16. Finally sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot with rice..
