  15. You need 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.

  16. You need As required of Oil for deep fry.

This is called also bajra laddu. you can use any millet flour and prepare laddu in the same way. instead of jaggery you can also use sugar as required by making the laddu.

  4. Now heat oil in a kadai. Gently slid the heart vada in the medium hot oil. Make sure your oil is a medium hot. Prepare all Vada this like..

  5. When the one side is half done then turn another side.this process make very gently. Fry till golden brown and crispy. Place all Vada after deep fry on kitchen towel or tissue paper to remove excess oil..
