In an aluminium vessel,add grated Lauki,sugar and Milk.Mix well.Keep the vessel on gas..

Cook Halwa on High flame.. stirring constantly until the liquid evaporate..add ghee.Keep stirring until the mixture..leave side of vessel..

Off the flame..add elachi powder and almond flakes..Mix well.Remove into bowl and Garnish with Almonds flakes..

PREPARATION of Gajaar (Carrot)Halwa.

Peel and grate Gajaar (Carrot). In Aluminium vessel combine grated Gajaar,sugar and milk..

Soak this mixture for 1/2hour.

PREPARE Gajaar Halwa..in similar manner as Lauki Halwa..
