  1. It’s 500 gms of cleaned Rohu/Catla fish.

  2. It’s 250 gms of Pointed Gourd.

  3. Prepare 100 gms of Potato.

  4. You need 50 gms of Chopped onion.

  5. It’s 2 tbs of ginger paste.

  6. You need 2 tbs of Garlic paste.

  7. It’s 1 of big tomato chopped.

  16. You need 2 cups of water.

Then heat the oil in a kadai and fry fish pieces till golden brown.

Now fry the eggplant & potato in the same oil.

Now in the remaining oil add panch foron and onion and fry till soften.

Now add ginger paste, tomato paste or tomato puree into.

  1. Put the pan and add oil.Once oil getting heated up.Add salt and turmeric powder to fish,marinate for 15mints and then deep fry the fish..

  2. Once the fish pieces are fried.Keep them aside.

  3. Clean and cut the pointed gourd and potato into medium size and fry it in the leftover oil..

  4. Now add oil to the pan and put bayleaf,cardmom,clove to it.once it oil is heated up add chopped onion.satute it till it gets brown..

  5. Add ginger garlic paste,tomato.and all the spice powder and satute it till the oil comes out from Spice mixture..

  6. Now once the Masala is cooked and pointed gourd to it.and mix the mixture properly and cook it for 2mint..

  7. At the end,add the fried fishes to it.and cook it adding 2cups of water..

  8. Once the curry is ready with required amount of Gravy.Serve it with Rice.and enjoy ur delicious meal.
