  1. It’s 2 cups of black chana, soaked overnight.

  2. You need 1/4 of onion, sliced.

  3. You need 1 inch of ginger.

  5. Prepare 2 of dried red chilli.

  6. It’s 1 of green chilli.

  7. Prepare 5 of cloves.

  8. You need 1 inch of cinnamon.

Chana Heart Veg Platter step by step

  1. Firstly, pressure cook all the ingredients listed pressure cooking for 5 whistle. drain off the water and blend coarsely without adding any water. further add 3 tbsp roasted besan. also add 2 tbsp mint, 2 tbsp coriander, 1 tsp lemon juice and ½ tsp salt..
