Cut fish in piece and wash it.

Marinate fish peices with salt,turmuric powder,keep it for half hour.

Fry the fishes and keep aside.

Prepare a paste mustard seeds, poppy seeds and green chillies.

Now add the masala paste into the oil and saute for 1 - 2 minutes.

Add salt and turmeric powder and curd.

Add water and simmer adding the fish.

Serve it with rice.
