  2. It’s of rava/sooji/samolina.

  3. It’s of sugar or to taste.

Saffroni Halwa With Rosey Kheer Delight instructions

  1. For halwa:- Place the milk in a large sauce pan. Add the saffron to the milk and stir to blend and heat over medium heat. One boil then turn off the flame..

  2. Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan..

  3. When the ghee add sooji and fry till sooji turns light golden brown..

  4. Add all nuts and raisins. Fry until sooji turns nicely golden brown..

  5. Keep stirring constantly. When bit of the ghee separate from the grains of the bottom of the pot..

  6. Now add the boil saffroni milk carefully pour into the sooji/ rava mixture..

  7. And cook on low heat till the all the milk is absorbed by sooji and rava is softened..

  8. Add sugar, cardamom powder and cook for 3-4 minutes until sugar melts and halwa is slightly thick..

  9. Garnish with nuts and serve hot..

  10. Rosy paneer kheer:- To prepare the kheer take a vessel, add milk and bring to a boil..

  11. Reduce the flame and simmer till the milk reduces to almost half the quantity. Stir constantly to avoid burning..

  12. Add the condensed milk, crumbled paneer, nuts, raisins, cardamom powder at this stage..

  13. Let it cook for 10-15 minutes till it is you get this consistency..

  14. Then add rose petals, rose syrup and mix well. Then turn off the stove. Mix well..

  15. Bring to room temperature and chill. In plate pour rabdi first and put halwa. Enjoy.

The preparation of this dish is similar to the regular kheer preparation wherein camel milk is boiled with rice and added with sugar and dry fruits.

Although it's not good for sugar patients but others can enjoy it well.
