You need 1 cup of boiled smemi burnt/smoked chickpeas.

Prepare 1 tsp of lemon juice.

Prepare 2 tbsp of olive oil.

It’s 2 tbsp of chickpea water.
While blending on low, add in the water and lemon juice mixture.
Hummus is quite healthy since chick peas are low in calories and are a good source of protein and fibre.
Olive oil is also one of the best oils you can use containing essential fatty acids and antioxidants.
Making hummus at home is simple, far cheaper and allows you to control the ingredients.

In a mixture grinder take chickpeas, add tahini & garlic to it..

Now add lemon juice, olive oil & salt..

Lastly add cumin powder, Chikpeas water & blend hummus into a smooth paste..

Plate the hummus, drizzle some more olive oil, sprinkle little paprika powder & parsley & serve..

Note- checkout the image of the burnt/smoked chickpeas, they shouldnt be over burnt..
I make hummus at least once a month for years.
Make a lot of hummus but always try new smoked ones this is very good the bourbon soy sauce sound good as well.
Just passing on red lentils make a good smokey hummus lots of recipes out there but I end up making my own versions - some of Penzeys barebecue spice mixes pair well with the liquid smoke.
