Mix all the ingredients in the bake ware and mix it very well.

  1. Marinated the fish with salt and termeric powder for 10 min..

  2. Heat oil in a pan add kalonji and some green chilli and satue..

  3. Add yogurt and satue. Add fish and satue 3-4 min..

  4. Then add muterad paste,khus khus paste and green chilli paste..

  5. Add little bit of water for gravy and add salt and termeric..

  6. Cover and cook it 3-4 min and serve with boiled rice..

Preparation: Wash and drain chira and muri.

Method: Once soft, then drain all water.
