  4. Blend your onions,tomato and pepper coarsely, to a pot add your palm oil and heat a little then you fry your pepper mixture..

  5. When the pepper is well fried pour in the meat and the stock bring to a boil then you add the bean paste into it and leave for 7min for all the ingredients to come together serve this with amala or tuwon shinkafa thank me later. Enjoy.
