Heat pan. Add oil. Add Cumin seeds, Methi Dana, Hing and Tej Patta(bay leaves).

Add Onion saute till they turn translucent. Add ginger and garlic and fry along for a minute.Add chopped Tomatoes..

Add Kala or malvani masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, Red chilli powder.Fry for 2 mins then add drumsticks..

Add the coconut paste and Kokum. Fry till oil seperates. Add salt to taste..

Cook the drumstick for few min in paste and when half cooked add water as required..

Cover and cook till drumstick are cooked well..

Serve it hot with chapati or rice..
I have used whole dry coconut f its not available you could use desiccated toasted coconut.
You could make similar curry for crabs however keep the consistency thick add.
