Poha Rose Chia delights step by step

  1. Take sugar& water in a bowl.

  2. Make a paste of poha with milk grind it in the mixie.

  3. When the sugar is melted add rose petals.

  4. Boil the syrup about 10 min.

  5. When it cools down,add edible red colour.

  6. Add poha paste.

  7. Take 2 tbsp syrup in a seving glass add lemon juice,ice cubes,stir a little.

  8. Garnish with lemon slices & chia seeds.

Add in vanilla, rose extract and red food colour and mix well.

Pour this in a greased pan and spread with a wet spatula.

Mix cornflour and icing sugar in a bowl and set aside.

Dust a work surface with cornflour and sugar.

Unmould the turkish delight and cut it into strips.
