It is an instant to cook dish wherein you mix up everything and steam, there is no need to soak or ferment it.

Ingredients of Quinoa Dhokla.

  1. It’s 1 cup of Quinoa.

  2. It’s 1/4 cup of Moong dal_.

  3. Prepare Half of piece of Ginger.

  4. It’s 2-3 of Green chilies.

  5. You need 1/2 tsp of cup Sour curd.

  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric.

  7. It’s 1 tsp of Sesame seeds.

  8. You need 1 tsp of jeera.

  9. It’s 1 tsp of Mustard seeds.

  10. You need leaves of Curry.

  11. It’s 3 tbsp of Oil.

  12. It’s Pinch of hing.

  13. Prepare of eno.

  14. Prepare to taste of Salt and sugar.

Quinoa Dhokla. instructions

  1. Soak the moong dal, oats and quinoa together for a couple of hours. Drain. Grind the soaked mixture along with the green chilies, ginger, and yogurt to a smooth paste, adding some water if necessary..
