  1. It’s of basmati rice (specially preferred govind bhog rice).

  2. Prepare of date palm jaggery.

  3. Prepare of milk.

  6. You need of salt (add to adjust the sweetness).

  7. Prepare of cashew nuts.

  8. Prepare of raisins.

  1. Heat a pressure cooker and put ghee in it and then roast the cashew nuts and raisins and keep them aside..

  2. In that ghee add the bay leaf along with water and salt..

  3. When the water starts boiling then add the washed rice in it and allow it to cool till 4-5 whistles in low flame..

  4. Then switch off the flame and allow the gas to remove automatically and then add the boiled milk in it and switch on the flame and stir it continuously..

  5. When it becomes slight thick then add the Jaggery in Irans mix it well and allow it to boil for sometime in low flame..

  6. Then add the cardamom powder and the roasted cashew nuts and raisins in it..

  7. Mix it well and switch off the flame. Serve it after cooling completely by garnishing some chopped almonds and pistachios..
