Ingredients of Sukhi Bombil Aloo gravy

  1. It’s 100 gm of dried bombay duck (cleaned, washed and cut into pieces).

  2. Prepare 2 of potatoes (cut into small pieces).

  3. You need 2 tablespoons of curd.

  4. You need 1 of medium size onion.

  5. You need 1 of tomato.

  6. Prepare 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste.

  7. Prepare to taste of salt.

  8. Prepare 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder.

  1. Take mixer jar grind Ingredients into fine paste (onion, tomato, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and coriander powder)..

  2. Heat oil in kadhai n fry bombay duck pieces in it, transfer in plate keep aside..

  3. In same wok saute n cooked grind paste till oil starts floating on all over masala..

  4. Add curd and salt with 1 glass of water, mix it and add potatoes in it. Cover the lid n cook till potatoes half done and in that time add fried bombay duck again cover the lid and cooked it till the potatoes n Bombil done..

  5. Pour lemon juice n mix, switch off flame..

  6. Serve this with chapati and rice.
