Ek pan me butter daale fir mushroom daale 5 minute mushroom paka le fir black pepper daal de ab ise pan se nikal le.

Fir pan me oil daale fir pyaaj adkar lehsun or kaaju ka paste daal kar bhun le jab peast halka braun ho jaye to isme cream daal de or 5 minute paka le.

Ab kasturi methi daal de or 5 minute paka le.

Ab isme mushroom add karein or boi matar daal de or namak aamchur powder garam masala daal kar mix kar le or 5 minute paka le.

Ab isme sugar add karein or dahi add karein flame low kar le low par hi pakayein.

1/2 paani add karein or 7 se 8 minute low flame par pakne de.

Ab gas band kar de tyarr hai malai matar mushroom sarving bowl me serve karein.
Add coriander and cumin powder,garam masala powder and fry for a minute.
Add methi leaves and fry further for two more minutes.
