Recipe: To Try At Home Pancake and Ndengu Delicious, fresh and tasty.

Pancake and Ndengu. Wash and boil the ndengu till tender. Discard the water and fry onions to golden brown, add tomatoes, pound garlic and stir to make a sauce, add salt and tomato paste then add boiled ndengu plus water and stir, let it simmer for a few minutes to cook well.. Boil water until warm and add salt.

Place the lentils in a strainer and pick out any debris or shriveled lentils.

For the pancakes, start with the dry ingredients: The flour, the three spices and the baking powder.
