Heat a pan shallow fry the tomato and onion in it and make it into fine paste.

Soak the tamarind in water.

Heat another pan add oil, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, poondu and shallots in it..

Fry it for 5 min. add the tomato and onion paste to it.

Add chilli powder, coriander powder, sakthi kulambhu chilli powder and fry it foe 5-10 min.

Add tamarind water and some plain water and salt to it.

Boil it for 5 - 10 min. garnish it with coriander leaves.
