Mushroom Tikka Masala, today I'm sharing restaurant style tikka masala recipe which can be tried with chicken, prawn, paneer, cauliflower or any other vegetable.

Mushroom tikka masala instructions

Firstly clean mushrooms and marinate it with all the ingredients listed below marination,marinate it for 15 mins.

Now heat 1 tsp oil & butter in pan and add marinated mushrooms and cook it on high flame till they are 3/4th done.

Now in a wok add 1 tsp oil & butter add sliced onions and fry it till translucent.

Next to this add sliced tomatoes,ginger garlic paste and fry for 2-3mins next add kaju,water,salt mix well and boil this for 5 mins.

Now switch off the flame, allow it to cool down & then grind it to a soft and fine paste.

Now in a pan add 1 tsp oil and 1 tbsp butter,now add red chilli powder(if you want at this stage you can add bay leaf and cumin seeds).

Next add ground masala and fry this till oil seprates.

Now to this add, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder fry for 2 mins now add mushrooms to this,some water, kasoori methi and give it a nice boil,once done switch off the flame.

Now mushroom tikka masala is ready to serve,garnish it with some coriander leaves.
