  1. Preheat oven to broil..

  2. Chop drained artichokes, mix with mayo, salt & pepper, hot sauce and half of cheese.

  3. Sprinkle other half of cheese on top, cook until top is lightly browned..

  4. While dip is cooking mix oil, banana pepper juice, salt& pepper to make vinagrette..

  5. When dip is room temp mix salad greens with a little of vinagrette , and place some dip on top of them and serve with the toasted baguette or tortilla chips.

I ended up chopping the quartered artichoke and put all the ingredients directly into a small crock pot.
