You need 2 cups of yam flour(poundo).

Add salt to taste,knorr cubes and debone the smoked fish and boil for 3minutes..

Boil the okro for 2mins..

Boil water and pour in the yam flour and stir vigourously when is well turned..

Lower the heat add water and boil for 4minutes..
