In mixing bowl take all-purpose flour,wheat flour add salt and mix well add water and knead nicely make soft dough spread oil on dough and cover with cloth for next half and hour.

After half and hour again knead dough nicely.

Make small ball and flattened rotis,heat pan spread 1 tbsp oil and cook rotis till white spots appears, make as many half cooked rotis as you wish and cover with another plate.

Wash chicken nicely with hot water left chicken in hot water for 5 mints.

Drain water and put chicken in mixing bowl add black pepper powder as per taste,salt as per taste,egg white,cornflour and coat nicely.

Heat pan add 1 tbsp oil put ginger garlic coriander paste add marinated chicken and saute on high flame for 2 mints.

Do medium flame and roast chicken for next 10 to 15 mints.

In another pan,put 1 tbsp oil, heat oil add chopped garlic,add red chilli sauce,tomato sauce,soya sauce mix well add cornflour slurry,again mix nicely add salt and black pepper powder as per taste.

Put roasted chicken in red masala and mix till all masala coated with chicken propely add 1 tsp vinegar.

Heat pan put 1 tbsp oil put egg add 1 pinch salt and keep roti on it and grill from both site till cook fully.do same procedure with all rotis done by you.

Cook nicely.

Take egg roti fill chicken batter in middle side spread chopped onion,chopped tomato sprinkle chat masala,spread cheez and roll it.
