  1. It’s 2 cup of arhar ki daal.

  2. You need 1 cup of bhindi barik kati.

  3. Prepare 1 cup of bengan barik kta.

Sambar rice instructions

  1. Pehle arhar ki daal pressure cooker me haldi namak daal kar 3 seeti lagwa le.

  2. Ek kadai me mustard oil daal kar garam kar le or usme mustard or kadhi patta daal kar paka le.

  3. Jab mustard pak jaye to sari sabjiya daal de upar se haldi namak lal mirch garam masala daal kar dhak de.

  4. Jab sari sabjiya gal jaye to jo humne daal bnayi hai usme sari sabjiya daal kar 2 seeti lagwale.

  5. Seeti kulne ke baad emli ka paani daal de or ek kadai mein mustard oil garam karein usme sabut lal mirch daal de or mustard kadhi patta daal kar paka le.

  6. Ab isme daal daal de or 10 minute pakne de.

  7. Ab gas band kar de upar se sambar masala daal deor 5 minute kane de tyarr hai aapka sambar ise aap kisi ke bhi saath kha sakte hai.

Add the sambar powder gradually while stirring,as there are chances of forming lumps.

I used a pot shaped pressure cooker for making sambar rice.

Add the mashed dal and mix well with out mashing the veggies.
