  1. Heat a medium pan/skillet on medium heat..

  2. Meanwhile mix all of the ingredients (except for the bread) on medium speed for 2 minutes..

  3. Take a slice of bread and coat both sides with the mixture. Place on pre-heated skillet..

  4. Repeat this again until theres no more space on the pan..

  5. Cook the slices for about 1 minute per side. Flip, and cook the other side..

  6. With a pastry brush, coat the face up side of the bread, thats already been cooked, with the mixture..

  7. Flip and cook for about another minute. Repeat to the face up side..

  8. Once cooked, set on a plate and do the next batch. Do this until all of the slices are done..

  9. You can top with your favorite toppings. We prefer syrup and powdered sugar. Enjoy :).
