Malai chaap. Soya malai chaap is a rich North Indian style creamy dish, made with soya chaap. It is cooked with creamy and mildly spicy flavorful gravy which is made with rich malai. Malai chaap is an extremel beautiful and tasty dessert made from sweet and spongy rasgullas, layered and garnished with creamy rabri and dry nuts.

Perfect to serve with Paratha, naan, roti or pulao.

If talking about malai soya chaap, it is the soya chaap cooked in the white gravy made with cream, which we call malai in hindi, associated with curd, cashew paste and other spices.

Chaap is first marinated in the said cream mixture and thereafter cooked.

You can have Malai chaap using 8 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you achieve it.

Ingredients of Malai chaap

  1. It’s 1 1/2 kg of milk.

  2. Prepare 1 of lemon.

  3. It’s 2 cup of sugar.

  4. It’s 4 cup of Water.

  5. It’s as needed of Tutty frutty.

  6. It’s few drops of Colour.

  7. Prepare as needed of Chopped dry fruits.

  8. You need 1/2 kg of mawa.

Now in the marinated chaap bowl, add this capsicum and chilli paste, red chilli powder, garam masala, tandoori masala, malai, paneer and salt.

  1. Place a pan into gas and pour 1 1/2 LTR of milk into it.the milk has started boiling now switch off the flame.now add lemon juice.when the milk becomes ferment we will stop pouring lemon juice..

  2. Leave it for 5_7 min.after that.let us filter this chenna take strainer and place a cloth on it.por 1 glass of water wrap up the cloth from all sides and squeeze water.press it thoroughly to make chenna soft.after that take all chena and mashed to your palm within 5_7 mint.after that..

  3. Take some chenna in your hand and first round it into balls and then press it.take a pressure cooker into gas and pour water and add sugar..

  4. When the water has started boiling now put chenna and cover the cooker..and cook until a 1 whistle of the cooker.after that of the cooker allowing it to cool down..

  5. Now we spread the khoya into chenna.Now malai chaap is ready and garnishing.we put in middle chopped dry fruits..

The Chaap has absorbed all the spices, cream and butter well.

Now to marinate the chaap prepare marinade by mixing cheese,hung curd ,cream, cashewnut paste,gingergarlic paste,cardamom powder,black pepper and other spices, lemon juice as in pic Veerji Malai Chaap Wale.
