Stuffed Okra instructions

Bring a pot of water to a boil then add salt and okra simmer for 3 to 4 minutes then drain and set aside.

cut a slit in the middle of the okra but dont cut all the way thru and then stuff 1tsp of filling.

FOR FILLING OPTION 1….. With oil in pan sautee ham or cooked sausage or dice spam with onion till onion is soft about 4 minutes add water if its too dry.

FOR FILLING OPTION2……..Sauté with oil garlic and onion with cooked mashed up otak otak and bird eye chili then add light soy sauce for 2 minutes.
