  1. It’s 16 oz of Garbanzo Beans.

  2. You need 1/4 cup of Liquid From The Garbanzo Beans.

  3. It’s 1 of Lemon.

  5. Prepare 1/4 of Fresh Cilantro.

  6. Prepare 1 of Jalapeno.

  7. It’s 1/4 tsp of Garlic (Crushed).

You could cheat and buy hummus and guacamole at the store and mix them together but this is way better!

If you prefer your dip chunky, chop ingredients and mash together with a fork or blend with a hand mixer.

CIlantro: The cilantro is completely optional but highly recommended!

It adds a delicious kick to the hummus.

Avocado Cilantro Hummus instructions

  1. Strain garbanzo beans and set aside the liquid.

  2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a food processor.

  3. Add the 1/4 cup of garbanzo bean liquid.

  4. Blend for 3-5 minutes on low until its mixed thoroughly and smooth.

It can be replaced with parsley, arugula, or your favorite greens to make a green.

Place peppercorns in a food processor; process until ground.
