Ingredients of Oats Soya chaap fry

Prepare of Soya chaap marination.

It’s 3-4 of Oats soya chaap (see my previous recipe).

It’s 1/4 cup of Curd.

It’s 1 teaspoon of Ginger garlic green chili paste.

It’s of Salt as per taste.

You need 1/2 teaspoon of Garam masala.

Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Kashmiri red chili powder.

Add besan and dried spices - coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, chopped green chillies, red chilli (optional), chopped garlic and cooked Nutrela Soya granules, chopped coriander leaves and mix them all together How to make Crispy Fried Soya Chaap.
In a bowl, add curd, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, salt, chilli flakes, oregano and mix well.

When ready make a slurry batter with cheakpea flour (ingredients listed above). Dip the marinated chaaps in the batter and coat with flakes and soya chunk powder and keep it aside to set..

Now fry them until golden brown..

Take a soya chaap and dip and coat it well in refined flour slurry then coat it with coarsely ground soya chunks.
Meanwhile put oil in wok to heat. check oil.
Put the soya chaap to fry.
