Recipe: Tasty Pizza Eggs

Recipe: Tasty Pizza Eggs Delicious, fresh and tasty.
Pizza Eggs. OMG - who knew pizza and eggs could make such a wonderful combination! This was so good and what a great way to use up leftover pizza - besides the obvious of just eating cold or reheating it and eating it. I omitted the oil as I never cook my eggs in oil but other than that I didn't change a thing.
Break and scramble the eggs into a large bowl, beating well.
Add the pizza bits, stirring to make sure all the pizza is covered.
After sitting, stir again and scramble in a large frying pan that has been sprayed with Pam.

I scrambled the eggs, milk, s&p, green pepper, onion and a pinch of jalepeno until it was starting to set but not fully cooked.

They are filling, and have enough "vitamin G" (grease) to soak up whatever is still haunting you from the night before.
We used to eat these all the time when on ski trips- and they'd fill you up to get you going all day on the slopes.
Unroll dough on pan; starting at center, press out dough to edge of pan, building up edge slightly.
