You need 750 grams of pitted cherries.

You need 3 tbsp of brandy.

It’s 60 grams of granulated sugar.

Prepare 120 ml of apple juice.

You need 2 tsp of arrowroot or corn starch.

It’s 2 tbsp of water.
You can sub the coconut milk for soy milk but other nut and plant milks such as almond or rice milk don't have the same thickening ability.
