Prepare 60 ml (2.02 fl oz) of Ketchup.

You need 30 ml (1.01 fl oz) of Red wine.

You need 2 tsp of Butter.
Lightly coat tofu with cooking spray.
Reduce the heat to a simmer and add the crushed tomatoes, Roma tomatoes, oregano, basil, thyme, bay leaves, and sugar.
