Now drain it and take it in a blender.

Method Of Preparation - In a heated kadai/wok, add oil and add the seasoning.

Add the chopped vegetables, green chillies and saute for a couple minutes.

  1. FILLING RECIPE:

  2. Firstly, in a large kadai heat oil.

  3. Add onions and sauté for 2 minutes.

  4. Then add the uncooked noodles.

  5. Now add vegetables and saute for a minute.

  6. Add salt,soy sauce, green chili sauce and tomato ketchup.

  7. Mix gently..

  8. Dosa :

  9. Heat water in container until Lukewarm.

  10. Take Jowar flour and rice flour in a bowl and add Lukewarm water to it. Mix until no lumps are there.

  11. Add the masalas to it and mix well for 15-20 mins..

  12. SPRING DOSA: Pour a ladleful of the dosa batter on a pan and spread it in a circular motion thin circle..

  13. Put tomato ketchup in it. Also spread 2 tbsp of prepared filling at one side..

  14. Cook till the bottom of dosa turns golden brown..

  15. Then roll the dosa along with filling..

  16. Finally, cut half spring rolsa and serve immediately with tomato sauce..
